Who We Are
We are a husband and wife team who started a computer business a few years ago in our living room. We have since progressed to an office in our home. Between the two of us we have over 35 years computer experience.| While working in IT for the last 15 years or so, I've managed to acquire two college degrees and numerous hardware repair certs, mostly from Dell. Although I've worked more in break/fix work than anything, I also do a little web programming from time to time, along with domain/email setup and maintenance. Over 20 years ago, as a student/geek, I
helped setup and design the first Computer Literacy Program for Southside High School in Ft. Smith, AR. Since joining the Air Force at 18, I have used computers on a daily basis in my work as an F-15 and F-16 crewchief and assistant LAN/Technical Administrator for the Maintenance Squadron. In 1999, we received 60 new computers, I was put in charge of setting them up, transferring data, and connecting them all to the LAN. Since I took over, computer problems in my squadron are now a fraction of what they were.
